What is lash lifting and brow lamination

Lash lift and eyebrow lamination is a modern aesthetic procedure that simultaneously enhances the shape of the eyebrows and the curl of the eyelashes, making the gaze more expressive, the eyes appear more open, and the face more harmonious. The procedure is gentle, long-lasting, and allows you to achieve a full, well-groomed, and naturally beautiful result without daily makeup. It is especially popular among women who want an effective, quick, and lasting solution to accentuate their gaze and make their eyebrows and eyelashes appear fuller. Lamination is suitable both for those with thin or uneven hairs and for those who want a uniform shape and a more expressive look. The procedure takes about an hour and provides an instantly visible effect that lasts for several weeks. The procedure combines two separate services - brow lamination and lash lamination - each of which can also be booked on its own.

Advantages and disadvantages of lash lifting and brow lamination

Advantages:

During the procedure, both the eyebrows and eyelashes are enhanced simultaneously.
The hairs are lifted and gain volume, creating a natural effect and an improved shape.
The results last 4 - 7 weeks, depending on the hair growth cycle and care habits.
The entire procedure takes about 60 minutes.
After the procedure, there is no need to use eyebrow pencil or mascara daily.

Disadvantages:

To maintain the effect, it is recommended to repeat the procedure every 6 - 7 weeks.
People with sensitive skin or hair may experience slight irritation.
Lamination is not suitable for very short or sparse eyelashes, as the results may be barely noticeable in such cases.

Procedure Steps

The density and shape of the eyebrows and eyelashes, as well as the condition of the skin, are assessed to determine the optimal strength of the products used.
Eyebrows and eyelashes are cleansed of makeup, oils, and impurities.
The hairs are shaped into the desired form, after which a lamination solution is applied to set them in their new position.
The hairs are lightly tinted to create the appearance of fuller and more intense lashes and brows.
A protective product is applied to secure the results and protect the hairs.

Procedure Contraindications

In some cases, lamination procedures should not be performed. The presence of any of the contraindications below means the procedure should be avoided. In certain situations, after consulting with the specialist or your doctor, it may still be possible.

Elevated body temperature.
Use of antibiotics in the past two weeks.
Intoxication from alcohol or drugs.
Allergy or cold.
Skin conditions in the eyebrow or eye area.
Conjunctivitis or other eye conditions.
Skin peeling, redness, or itching in the eyebrow area.
Visiting a tanning salon within two days before the procedure.
Psoriasis or eczema.
Fresh wounds, injuries or scratches.
Purulent or infectious diseases.
Redness of the eyes.
Severe mental disorders.
